Won-Woo Park (Ph.D. University of Pittsburgh, 1989) is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Business School of Seoul National University. His research interests are in the areas of groupthink, empowerment, teamwork, trust, efficacy, and organizational culture. He has published more than 60 articles both in Korean and in international academic journals, and has authored twelve books.
He has served many positions of academic societies. Among the latest positions are a Vice President of the Korean Academy of Management and a President of the Korean Academy of Business Ethics. He has served as an advisor and/or outside director to numerous South Korean conglomerates such as Samsung, Hyundai, LG, Daewoo, GS, and STX Group.
